I saw Sucker Punch last night and LOVED it! I am truly not a fan of action movies but SP was able to really hold my attention. I wasn't aware of the storyline before so it was so nice to be able to really experience a whole new story, a whole new world (unlike so many book to movie adaptions nowadays)Being the girly girl I am I couldn't take my eyes of the costumes and makeup for this movie.
SO MUCH GLITTER!
And even though the movie may seem sexist to some at a first glance, at the end it's all about women defending themselves, being independent, and refusing to be the "girls" everyone else wants them to be.
