Airport Runway

Only Vanessa can make such a simple travel outfit look so good. You know I'm going to attempt to recreate this look Monday.
Speaking of school days! I appologize for lack of outfit posts! My camera's being a pain :(
As soon as it stops torturing me I'll have outfit posts back!

"The tiger's still in there"

So I'm a little late on the September issues. There were a lot of good ones, some eh, some "Again!?" (You know what ones I'm talking about.) I have to say my favorite spread overall has been JLo's Glamour cover. I love the cheetah print in every single shot and whether you love her, mami looks good after having TWINS. JLo's no Mariah but I can't wait to hear her new album Love? which will be mostly dance oriented! (YAY!)
My favorite shot? The one with her eating the chinese food :)

Teenage Dream

I've gotta admit. I used to not be crazy about Katy Perry. I Kissed A Girl did have a run on my Top 25 playlist but her One Of The Boys album wasn't all that great as a whole and her outspoken-ness always turned me off in a way. However I have always been addicted to her style and when I recieved my Seventeen in the mail I fell in love all over again. (Not to mention California Girls and Teenage Dream especially are my new anthems.)
I love the school girl/glam rocker vibe going on in the photos and the blue motorcycle jacket reminds me of "Beat It" 2.0. Also to mention the bottom 4 photos are outtakes from her Seventeen shoot-I always seem to like photo shoot outtakes better don't you? The top 3 photos are from various magazine spreads she's done that I thought I should share as well.
So MAYBE I'll buy her new album. Maybe. I'll have to preview it on Itunes first.
But I'm open to change :)

School.

Britney's expression says it all.
With my looong list of AP classes I'm completely out of my comfort zone at school. My best friends aren't in my lunch hour but the only good thing being I like all my teachers. Classes are HUGE in number however because of all the budget cuts. It is ridiculous. We actually start LEARNING next week. I'm scared.
Anyone else tried AP classes in high school? How was your experience?

Life-long inspiration: Long Live the Best

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketbill kaulitz,tokio hotel,fashion

I've decided that as soon as my funds allow I want to screenprint pictures of all my music inspirations onto good old white v neck tshirts. Above are some of the images I've chosen.
*gasp* I know what you're thinking.
"Gaga, Britney, Madonna and Christina!? How COULD you?"
Even though Britney is my favorite person in the entire world I'm one of the few people in the world who can learn to respect all artists. (If they deserve my respect -_-)
Britney has influenced my from day one, since seeing Baby One More Time and always copying her dance moves and her voice. (YeahyeahyeahyeahYEAH.)Not to mention she is SO relatable. I think I relate to her more than anyone else on this planet. Life would be really sad without Britney.
Madonna has always been on the radio since before I was born and EVERYTHING I heard on the radio when I was younger has stuck with me and influenced me. (Hey Mr. DJ put a record on I wanna dance with my babaaay....)
Christina. You can't deny that voice. The way she just skyscrapes through notes as if she was riding an elevator! Her music (especially her Stripped record) has influenced me IMMENSELY.
And Gaga. Say what you want but I connected to 'The Fame" (more so than the Fame Monster) in a way I hadn't with any artists besides Britney. The way she wrote about begging to be famous and the lifestyles of the rich-it was everything I WANT. (I have more the drive to just perform than be famous though-ala "Circus") I started listening to Gaga VERY early in her career so even her exposure being a little bit much I turn on the Fame record and remember why I like her so much.
Michael needs no explanation and Kylie is someone who SHAPED dance music. (Britney just perfected it ;D) Bill Kaulitz and Tokio Hotel's songs just cut straight through your heart and missing from above are Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson. (I haven't found good pictures of them yet that are shirt worthy. Mariah is someone I've been listening to all my life and Janet is my other co dance teacher.)
I truly want to get the shirts done before I'm too far into school. I think it could be like my new signature, haha. The girl who wears people's faces across her boobs every Friday and always has black and white nails :P
Speaking of school, I start my Junior year this Wednesday (Yeah I know Arizona is beyond weird.) I am TERRIFIED. Will I be able to handle 3 AP classes? Will I have time for any fun? Will there only be brainiacs in my classes and it be a year of silence for me?
I just don't know. But I guess I'll find out. And as for my first day outfit-still trying to figure it out. But I WILL post whatever I choose :)
Blog ya later!

BURLESQUE!

I'm in love I'm in love I'M IN LOVE.

Christina. Cher. STANLEY TUCCI. Yummy Cam Gigandet! It's all too much! Here everyone is the official trailer for Burlesque and I know where I will be passing the time before the turkey is cut on Thanksgiving day.

Christina plays it innocent at first..."I wanna sing, I'm innocent and blonde, teehee, give me a chance!" Then she straps on that leather bustier, packs on the eyeliner and lets out her signature "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyyy!"

I'm so excited forgive me for the way I'm typing. I'm just-AHHHH!

It could be cheesy. It probably will be cheesy. But it's a musical, and it has eye candy, and it talks about wanting to go for your dream which is what I'm working on doing so I already know I'm gonna love it.

When is that soundtrack coming out?! I'm pre-ordering now!
