Reinvention

Everyone reinvents themselves from time to time. Christina, Britney, and Madonna are the greatest examples of reinvention in the entertainment biz. I don't wanna call it a mid life crisis cause well i"m only sixteen but I really do feel like I need a change in my life. Many life changing things have happened to me lately between cheer, my sister's engagement, school and realizing who your true friends are and I've also realized I havent in the least bit tried to make myself happy. The first steps I wanna take are getting a job, updating my wardrobe and CHANGING MY HAIR. My hair will be the icing on the cake for this whole remodeling process. Some of my friends think I'm crazy for doing this but I'm doing it for me. I need to be happier, less spastic and more care free. There's only 4 days left of the old Bianca. A whole summer to start with the new one. And who is my inspiration for this whole process aside from the three fabulous women above?

One Grand to Costa Rica

Summer is only 4 days away but I'm already not going to get a vacation. I have two months to get one thousand dollars to prove to my mom that I should go on the school trip to Costa Rica next summer. I HAVE to go. Yes, I hate water and Costa Rica has tons of it but it's so beautiful and an experience I know I will never forget. (Just like I still daydream about Italia and Espana...ohhh how I mis Europa!) So I have to find a job. And have a few hundred bake sales. And sell a lot of my clothes. *sigh* This isn't going to be easy.

It's Been Too Long...

I know I know! It's been over a MONTH since I've last posted. I've been so busy! But I know that's no excuse because I hate when my favorite bloggers take a long hiatus with no say of what they're doing. I can tell you that I only have 2 WEEKS OF SCHOOL LEFT and then it's SUMMER!!!!!!!! So my next two weeks will be filled with review packets galore and crying that I won't have my awesome spanish class anymore. A lot of changes have happened in the past few weeks. Cheer try outs happened and I did not make varsity. I was one point away from making the team. Yeah. Total suckiness. But I'm seeing it as a positive thing that for a whole year I will be away from pointless cheer drama, running miles and bruises. I'm just really going to miss performing but I'm already googling dance studios in my area as we speak. My sister also got engaged a few weeks ago on our trip to Disneyland. (I will post pics of that soon)

All of these changes have really got me thinking about the upcoming year (my junior one. OH MY GOD I can't believe I'm almost done with high school) and I really want to reinvent myself for next year. Do something crazy with my hair, focus on fashion and my music career, finally achieve that 4.0 average with the three AP classes I'm taking next year (Yikes!) and start enjoying life more. I'm excited for summer to begin and bring me all the changes it can.
